Back in August when I had my stylist do my hair for my anniversary dinner, I had her show me how to style it messy. She used a curling iron to get a polished look, but showed me how to “rough it up” for a more tousled style. It took me at least two months of flat-iron use to really get the hang of that technique, and I’ve got a long way to go on this one, too, but it was a fun first try. I went for a funky-casual vibe with my outfit to mirror the mussed-up hair.

Looks GREAT! On more than one occasion I have wanted to reach into a photo and tousle the top of your head! Always fun to have an alternative look.

Oh, Sal – you and your Foley & Corinna bags!
    You’re slaying me!!
Every time you post an outfit with one, I KICK myself for not getting one sooner.

The air here has been so very dry, only a gal with very curly hair could get that much style out of a little tousling! My waves must have left town and headed to the Jersey shore. I must get the humidifier up and running for winter.

This is a FANTASTIC look and color (neutrals?) combination on you, Sally!
