I cannot count how many fashion related articles I read throughout the past year (you know, way back in 2015) that discussed the concept of dismissing the importance placed on and or value of wearing figure flattering clothing. My dear friend Tehilah sneakily bought me this shirt while I was trying stuff on at Brooklyn Industries. (We spent a week in New York back in October, a few photos on Instagram.) I was surprised to find that most of the items in the store were made in Peru, not, ya know, Brooklyn. But this tee is organic cotton and screen-printed in New York, so it checks two boxes. read more
