    Body hatred isn’t the real problem for me. There are so many days that I feel worthless, lower than dirt.l I have struggled with this all my life in spite of therapy and medication. I just can’t seem to conquer it.

    I was in the check-out line of the grocery store. One of the gossip rags had a photo of one of the Kardashians. An arrow pointed at her elbow and proclaimed “Elbow Fat!”. Really? Has this body shaming gone that far? Apparently. How ridiculous.
