*In this late-night feature – which will run Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*
Julia requested a few picks for stylish, professional-looking snow boots, so here we go:
Keen Silverton Waterproof Winter Boot – was $170, now $74.95
The look of a tall riding boot with Keen comfort, warmth, and waterproof-ness? Yes, please! These have a rubber sole with a leather upper, so they’ll need to be wiped dry to keep them in good shape. Also be aware that the shaft is listed as 16″ wide, but is not that wide all the way up and reviewers warn that it’s smaller on smaller footbed sizes. Available in black and brown in US sizes 5 -11. Size availability and price vary by color.
Northside Bridger Snow Boot – was $59.95, now $29.99
Loads of faux fur won’t pass muster, but I believe this bit of trim will. These cozy, warm boots feature an EVA upper for flexible durability, suede shaft, pair of straps on the shaft for a custom-feel fit, and and amazing price. Available in black and brown in US sizes 6 – 10. Size availability varies by color.
Totes Paula Winter Boots – was $59.95, now $39.95
These shorter waterproof boots feature a 1″ heel, slip-resistant tread, and a Thermolite insole for comfort and warmth. They’re super basic, but that’s what makes them slightly more professional than many of the other snowboot offerings out there. Available in US sizes 6 -11. Price varies by size.
Bogs McKenna – was $190, now $100.99
Just for fun, here’s a great looking fourth pair. I know Bogs are a reader favorite brand, and I love the moto look of these all-weather boots. They’re listed as rain boots, but the description clarifies that they’re “comfort-rated from temperate to sub-zero conditions.” Available in black and brown in US sizes 6 – 11. Size availability and price vary by color.
Other not-currently-on-sale resources for stylish, professional-looking snow boots:
- Piperlime – Plenty of rugged options, but also sleeker ones like these Keen wedges.
- Timberland – This is one of the few brands churning out designs that look like fashion boots but function like snow boots. Check individual listings for water resistance and waterproof ratings. Love this pair of Apley Tall Boots.
- Sorel – Yes, Sorel does plenty of faux-fur lined boots that aren’t totally professional, but don’t write them off! Sleeker styles like this Joan of Arctic Wedge are mixed in.
