*In this late-night feature – which will run Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*
Lauren requested a few picks for plus-sized ruffle cardigans, so here we go:
Anne Klein Front Ruffle Cardigan – was $119, now $69.99
This merino blend version might be a bit heavy for this time of year, but if you work in a frigid, air-conditioned office, it could be perfect! It’s got a shot of metallic thread running through, which gives it depth and texture. Available in sizes 0X – 3X.
Avenue Rib Collar Ruffle Cardigan – was $48, now $29.99
This iteration is considerably lighter in weight, and considerably more subtle in its ruffle detailing. It features a single button closure and deep v necklace, so the catalog photo shows it with a matching shell. I think it’d look even cuter with a printed or contrasting tank. Available in sizes 14 – 28, in this coral, cobalt blue, black, and tan.
ELLE Ruffle Chiffon-Trim Cardigan – was $60, now $36
If you’re looking to get a trendy peplum into your life, this cardigan is just the thing! Such a romantic piece, with slightly sheer ruffle detailing and a ribbed waistline. Available in sizes 0X – 3X in this dove gray, and a peachy rose color.
Other not-currently-on-sale resources for plus-sized ruffle cardigans:
- Avenue – In addition to the version shown above, this stripy version is awfully fun. Avenue also has drape/waterfall cardigans and loads of other detailed cardigans, if you’re willing to stretch the definition of “ruffles.”
- Land’s End – This longer version, this subtle one, and this slightly draped iteration are all great options.
- Amazon – 19 possible options from vendors including TravelSmith, Jessica London, and Anne Klein.
