I was dealing with family stuff for much of this week, so a shorter roundup than usual:

This post on building a remixable wardrobe is a real eye-opener. (Cheers, Liz)

Cheryl’s Secondhand Wardrobe Week is such a fun concept, and she explored it from many different angles.

Pairing stripes with a color-blocked piece is a great way to dabble in pattern mixing.

This article reveals the best times to go shopping.

College Candy gives us eight adorable, budget-friendly pieces from Kmart.

Lyddie is marvelously ladylike in shades of pink.

I was delighted to participate in Rocquelle’s Your Body is Fabulous series!

Are style, clothing, and makeup really compatible with concepts of self-acceptance?

I wanted you to know how much I enjoy your lovely links posts. I’ve been reading and loving your Already Pretty blog for years and have never commented. Today’s link to building a remixable wardrobe was just the sort of thing I love reading and I really appreciate you pointing these articles out. So today I’m coming out of hiding to say You Rock!

Great links (as always)! I love the remixable wardrobe. I have such a problem with that. I have a request for your insomniac sales picks – cute bathing suits for ladies with a little more t&a than most? Especially in the boobs? I have such a hard time finding suits, and land’s end are great but SO expensive. Any suggestions you have would be wonderful!
Thanks so much for your blog! I can’t tell you how much it helps for those of us who are learning to love and accept their bodies!

My Sad Little Life

Your Lovely Links to like are one of the things I look forward to on Fridays.

Actually, I’m joking–my life is not sad or little…but I do look forward to your Friday links. :-)
