Sunday Shoes: Top Sider Rain Boots

by Sally on November 6, 2011 · 7 comments

People, these boots are the outdoor equivalent of SLIPPERS. Seriously. That purple lining is some sort of fleecy material that I swear has magical, foot-massaging properties. I could clomp around in these for days at a time.

Since there isn’t much of a rainy season here in MN, these serve as my “under five inches of snow” snowboots, too. They rule.

Looks like Top Sider is making them again this year – they’re the Pelican style.

Just bought these rainboots a few weeks ago, and am loving them so far. Glad to hear that others share the love!

I love rain boots…if Texas ever gets out of this drought..then maybe we can wear them again! I love the color of these!

I wear my rain boots all the time during the winter when I am at my place in northern Mississippi. It gets cold there…but not as cold as Minnesota! It is more of a cold, muddy, chilly, rainy, sometimes snowy-sort of climate in northern Mississippi for winters so rain boots with a good lining are just perfect.

Yummy boots. I swear, I get tons of compliments when I wear my wellies. I guess they’re a bit unexpected, huh?

Oh my, thank you. I am new to MN and haven’t given in to the snow boots. I wear my wellies anything I go play outside. They are bright pink too, so they bring a little cheer to the humdrum winter.

As someone who hates slush and cold/wet feet, I will look into these. I don’t have any rain boots per se, simply a pair of LL bean boots for snow shoveling and hunting boots for bog slushing. Hmmmmm…!
