Recommended Reading: Feminist Fashion Bloggers

You may have noticed that many of my own lovely links are drawn from this fabulous collective. I’m consistently impressed by their thoughtful, insightful, challenging, and varied perspectives on issues relating to style and feminism. I’ll let the group speak for themselves:

Feminist Fashion Bloggers (FFB)is a network for fashion bloggers interested in feminism and feminist bloggers interested in fashion. The aim is to meet like minded bloggers, encourage dialogue and discussion both within and between the two blog niches and to explore the intersections and links between the two topics. And to have fun in doing so!

The FFB network is run by Franca at Oranges and Apples and Mrs Bossa at Mrs Bossa Does the Do and operates mainly via a google group. If you’re keen to become involved in the discussion, you can join the FFB google group – just request an invite and we’ll approve you!

Even if you don’t want to jump in and join the group, be sure to subscribe to the home page‘s feed. Regular roundups of stellar reading materials will start coming your way immediately.

Thanks for sharing that. This sounds like a good group to join. Did you see this speech from Darryle Pollack? One of the Blog Her voices of the year. I featured it on my blog as it is an important message for older women and young marketing people to hear, that older women cannot be ignored and that we can actually do something about it! http://beautystylefashion.com/why-women-over-50-should-not-be-ignored/
