Sunday Shoes: Miz Mooz Gayle

by Sal on January 30, 2011 · 10 comments

Foldover boots may be a passing trend, but these Miz Mooz Gayles will endure. Why? Because they unzip and fold up to be knee-high boots, too! And they look equally lovely worn tall.

Miz Mooz has such cool styles, and these boots are no exception! I love the color and the zipper adds a little something extra.

I bought a pair of gorgeous red Miz Mooz boots with 3 inch heels, and have significant pain in toe ball/ bunion in one foot (other foot ok). Any advice on what kind of shoe inserts might help with high heels? I am usually able to wear heels this high (with a limited amount of walking), so it seems something about the arch of the miz mooz that is the issue…

Hmm, I’ve never tried them myself but both Audi and my Dad swear by Superfeet. They’re spendy, but worth it, I’m told!

I received these as a Christmas gift from the hubs (in brown), and I LOVE them. They are adorable both folded down and zipped all the way up, and so versatile!

Sally, I cannot believe a lady as stylish as you does not have boot shapers!!! Or do you have too many boots and not enough shapers???? Pippa

I find that rolled-up magazines work just as well, or just use whatever shapers the boots came with!
