Don’t be fooled by these photos! Husband Mike returned to Minneapolis yesterday, but I’m still in Chicago hanging out with my folks. We shot this week’s outfits ahead of time because I packed what was essentially a capsule wardrobe, and I’m cooking up a post about that … but I did, in fact, wear this exact outfit today. Despite the fact that Chicago got 6 inches of snow yesterday and enormous wedge booties aren’t exactly the most practical footwear for slogging around. Capsule = limited options. Sigh.

Practicality is overrated when the outfit is oh, so chic and adorable! I love that scarf!!!
This is one of my new favorite Sally outfits!
Love this outfit!!! The moto jacket and the leopard top work so well together.
Great outfit. That blouse is beyond beautiful!
Love the jeans and blouse, never enough animal print in my wardrobe.

Oooh…my last post was about packing a suitcase for a trip. Can’t wait to see what you write about it. It will be great, I’m sure.

It’s fabulous to see you in jeans!!! You look wonderful
Sal, this is gorgeous. I love how rock chick you look but the blouse both fits in perfectly and mixes it up with a hint of secretary. Perfect.
PS Don’t see you in jeans very often but you look amazing in these.
This is a great look on you, Sally! I still have a soft spot in my heart for these kinds of straight leg with a small boot cut jeans, even though I know they aren’t the skinnies that seem to be all the rage these days. Thanks for styling such a great example of how to wear them with proportion and inspiration!
