I snapped this dress up back in April, and am so glad I did. Cute, washable, lightweight, and perfect for the unbearably hot and humid weather we’ve been dealing with for the past few days.
Speaking of what I’ve been up to over the past few days …
… the incomparable Audi of Fashion for Nerds and her superfab SO Mark have been hanging out with me and HM here in Minneapolis! We’ve been eating ourselves silly, seeing the sights and, of course, shopping. In fact, we’re off to a fabric and leather supply warehouse now to check out materials for Audi and Mark’s amazing Etsy shop. Wish us luck!

oksani: Oh, it took me a while to warm up to purchasing online. But now I do it quite often. I think once you have a good sense of which styles work for your figure and your style, you can guestimate by just looking at an image. But it definitely takes practice! And lots of wasted shipping fees …
